
About Compliance Department
Welcome to the Compliance Department, it is fully functional and dedicated towards maintaining all members of the American Western Army. The Compliance Dept. is responsible for evaluating each member, ensuring that all members are following the Code of Conduct, Principals, Rules and Regulations. The Compliance Officers have supreme power when it comes to punishments and suspensions, they may reinstate members that have been transferred, penalized, suspended or transfer members to different divisions by force (If you are not satisfied or unfairly treated you may take your concern to the Board of Directors). They are committed to providing a fair, uniform, and friendly environment to members and non-members, by executing monthly evaluations on all members. Being able to review past and present applications, forms, records, and reports made by squad leaders.
The Reason of the Department
The Reason for the Compliance Department is to maintain law and order within ranks and the community, keeping a professional and friendly environment for everyone. Being able to perform monthly reviews is to help understand the members better and help them improve in their weak spots. It may also help in abuse reports against other members benefiting not only the Dept. but the community and its members. Having access to the AWA database is vital for the Compliance Dept. to operate, having the knowledge of every member before interviewing, investigations, promotions, and even proving innocence. All advancements within the community will go through the Compliance Dept., once they have given the stamp of approval to continue you will be able to push on to promotions, attending events, participating in community games.

Overall the Compliance Department is the police, internal affairs insuring that everyone is following rules, procedures, requirements, and being treated fairly. Working towards preventing espionage from spreading or forming at all. Ensuring that all members have the opportunity to sore to new heights without favoritism.
