The American Western Army, is a widely known organization throughout the XBOX online community as well as on the world wide web such as Google and Youtube. You may find promotional videos, training videos on youtube for Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption. The organization has been operating for more than two years with continuous development on the XBOX community, game play, and advertisement. Our community doesn't just do something and say its good enough, no. We try to improve and make it as real as possible, so that when our members are partaking in events they may reap the benefit of a professional, realistic, and friendly environment. We are active on multiple games not just one or two, we have expanded so that the members will be able to participate in a vast varieties of games. The American Western Army has so much to offer its members from participating in video making, hosting or inventing new game ideas, assisting with our compliance department ensuring everyone is treated fairly, advertising of the community on forums or through other means. It doesn't stop there we can continue this list, whatever you can think of can somehow be incorporated with the community we welcome fresh and new ideas.
History:
The American Western Army wasn't always an online community for all game types, it used to be solely dedicated to one type of game. A game that took place in the early 1900s, using nothing but animals for transportation and the steam engined trains. Vehicles were just coming to light and in there early stages where on the rich could afford them, where there was no justice or peace. That's where the American Western Army stepped into Red Dead Redemption on May 31st, 2009 promising to protect the weak and innocent, to uphold the justice, equality, and discipline through the army. The "community" known as today was referred to as an "clan" or "organization" back when it started up, this continued for just over a year and a half until March 25, 2011. When the clan/organization (a group of people that are controlled with no overall decision making rights) was re-structured and formed completely differently into a community (a group of people working together) where everyone would be heard equally and treated fairly. This is not all the re-structuring brought the members it also give them a chance to participate in community events on different types of games such as Battlefield 3, Grand Theft Auto, Red Dead Redemption, Operation Flashpoint, etc. Due to the expansion of the American Western Army to the American Western Army:Gaming Community there was a new wave of gamers and members at our front doors!
